We had a wonderful experience! We were helped out by Jonathan Arteaga who was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go out of his way to answer any questions we had if he didn’t readily had an answer. I felt seen and heard. We also got to meet one of the managers, who was walking around checking on customers; he offered us a drink while we waited and kept us company for a bit. We had one of the best experiences at a car dealership at this location! We purchased a Ford Mustang Mach-E and our salesman Jonathan and manager Sergio were so helpful and friendly. We got an amazing price here, and are super glad we decided to check here after going to several other dealers first. If you are looking for a Ford they definitely have the best selection in San Diego that we saw. Awesome place!

We wanted to purchase a vehicle before the tariffs hit, and did a search for Mustang Mach-e. The top hit was Chula Vista Ford, and so we headed over. We were surprised by the huge selection of vehicles, particularly 2024 Mach-e. After test driving several, we saw this 2023 beauty on special near the front window. It had been in a backlot somewhere, lost in the inventory. We spoke to a manager about working with us on the price since it was being sold "as-new", and even though we didn't reach an agreement that same day we got a good impression from both him and our salesman, Jonathan.
The next day, we were put in touch with one of the new GMs at the dealership, Sergio. He was able to work with us to get the price we wanted on the car, and we ended up purchasing it. The whole process was so easy and friendly, and we were out of there in less than an hour. As soon as I got home, I saw one of the tires was low, and called the dealership. It was later in the evening, but the mechanics in the garage stayed there late so I could hurry over and they could check the tires before they left. The manager Sergio also was waiting for us there and was super friendly while we waited for them to fix the tires. It ended up they were ok, but the fact the dealership was willing to go so far out of their way to help us, all the way down to the mechanics staying said it all.
We are customers for life at this dealership, and highly recommend it if you are looking for an honest, friendly staff who puts the customer first. We love our new Mustang Mach-E, and know we are in good hands if we ever need service! Thanks Jonathan, Sergio and the staff of Chula Vista Ford! :-)

As a new client, I was very pleased with my first service today from Chula Vista Ford. Juan was very informative and was able to accommodate my request for shuttle service from the dealership to my house. The shuttle then returned to pick me up and take me back to the dealership when my car was ready. My car was serviced in a timely manner and Juan gave me the full report. He answered all of my questions and for once, I felt like I wasn’t an inconvenience taking my car in for service. Andres my shuttle driver was very professional and safe. Very helpful service, Mr. Bruce had great communication. The inspection was very good, and was able to catch problems I was unaware of. Deffinatly more expensive then then what I could find on yelp, but I don't trust them to fix my F-350 properly. Quality is more important then cheap work and wrong parts.
I decided not to gamble with my braking system. Thank you all involved in my trucks fix.
