We were helped out by Jonathan Arteaga who was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go out of his way to answer any questions we had if he didn’t readily had an answer. I felt seen and heard. We also got to meet one of the managers, who was walking around checking on customers; he offered us a drink while we waited and kept us company for a bit. A lamb in sheep’s clothing if I’ve ever met one. I’m glad to have found them as our ever growing family will need more cars in the future and we’ll know where to go

Great customer service. My F150 rear brakes were in sad shape. I stopped by Chula Vista Ford without an appointment late 1/2 hour before closing on a work and my service advisor Danny Summer was great. Left the truck overnight and picked up my truck the next day. I can always count on CV Ford for taking care of my vehicles.

I had such a great experience at the Ford/Kia in Chula Vista. My car was just about ready to give and I needed a new vehicle asap, luckily I got in contact with Ozzy who helped me look at which cars they had in my budget. When I came back he was not there, so he contacted his coworker Justin to work with me. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership than when I worked with him. He was able to get me a good monthly price, extra paint for some scratches on the used car, and trade in my vehicle for the bonus offer price. I recommend anyone looking for a Kia to come to the Kia dealership in Chula Vista. Ozzy and Justin made everything so easy, stress free, and got me the car I wanted. 12/10

We had a wonderful experience! We were helped out by Jonathan Arteaga who was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go out of his way to answer any questions we had if he didn’t readily had an answer. I felt seen and heard. We also got to meet one of the managers, who was walking around checking on customers; he offered us a drink while we waited and kept us company for a bit. A lamb in sheep’s clothing if I’ve ever met one. I’m glad to have found them as our ever growing family will need more cars in the future and we’ll know where to go
